Ron Raz in 1969

This rare 1969 photo of Ron Raz was taken when Ron was nineteen, a year before he became a model for San Francisco artist G. Mark Mulleian at the Frank Gallery on San Francisco's Sutter Street gallery row. This 1970 modeling experience would catapult Raz into the national media limelight. Raz was then discovered by New York's modeling profession photography agency Rock Shots in 1977. This exposure furthered Ron's modeling career, while bringing him to the attention of media periodicals such as Mandate magazine, which ran several photo spreads and articles on Raz through the late 1970's and into the 80's.
